About

The person behind Camellia Wellness

My path into psychiatry is rooted in a deep passion for mental health and a genuine belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal and live a full, meaningful life. I've always been drawn to understanding the connection between our experiences, emotions, and overall well-being—and to helping people make sense of their story in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.

I approach care with warmth, compassion, and respect for the whole person. You are more than a diagnosis, and your experiences, relationships, culture, and environment all matter. I take the time to truly listen so we can build a clear understanding of what you’re going through and what you need to move forward.

I founded Camellia Wellness to offer a different kind of psychiatric care—one that feels supportive, collaborative, and centered around you. Too often, care can feel rushed or impersonal. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and actively involved in your treatment, with a plan that reflects your unique needs and goals.

When we work together, you can expect a thoughtful and personalized approach. I will help you understand your options, including whether medication may be helpful, and we’ll make decisions together that support both symptom relief and long-term well-being. My role is not just to help you feel better in the moment, but to support lasting healing and help you build a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with who you are.

Seeking psychiatric care is a deeply personal decision, and I believe you deserve a provider who takes the time to understand you—not just a diagnosis.

At Camellia Wellness, I provide personalized psychiatric medication management for adults throughout Washington State via secure telehealth. Every treatment plan is individualized, evidence-based, and built through collaboration. Together, we'll explore how your biology, life experiences, relationships, culture, environment, and goals all influence your mental health.

Medication can be a valuable part of treatment, but it is rarely the whole story. My role is to help you understand your options, make informed decisions, and create a plan that supports both symptom relief and long-term well-being.

Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, sleep concerns, or major life transitions, we'll work together to find an approach that feels right for you.

“Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps—but it’s also one of the most important. You don’t have to navigate it alone.”

How I practice

Trauma-informed

You choose what to share and when. Care is built to feel safe first.

Cultural humility

Your culture, faith, and community are part of your health, not context set aside.

Racial trauma support

The weight of racism is real clinical material — you won't need to prove it matters.
